For Family members

Having experienced it first hand as well as interacting with family members whose loved ones have been diagnosed with any of the mental health disorder, I realized how the family members also need some ways to vent out what they feel, some tools to relax their mind as they remain trapped in feelings of guilt, helplessness, and fear of the future.

In this section, I intend to provide information about a few tools/perspective which can help family members to understand the situation better and make them feel a little better.

The most important thing to realize is that it is okay to ask for help, there is plenty of help available, and no one is alone in this journey until and unless and they intentionally make themselves alone.
